Covid update for our events

We are in the privileged position that we are soon to be recommencing UK trackdays but to ensure that they remain available to all we need assistance with the following guidelines.  This email is to let you know the measures that we are putting in place, together with the circuit operators, to keep you safe, please read it thoroughly and if you have any questions please do get in touch.

PRE-EVENT REGISTRATION

For all MSV circuits approx. seven days before your event you will be sent a web link that enables you to complete your registration online. You will also need to upload a photo of the front and back of your DVLA or 2020 ACU licence. You will be able to complete this registration at any time. Around 24 hours prior to your trackday you will be required to return to the link to a watch a mandatory briefing video. Only once you have completed these two steps online will you be able to collect your wristband at the circuit to complete the registration process.

At non-MSV circuits; Croft, Mallory Park and Lydden Hill, you must complete your No Limits registration form and bring it with you to the track, you will be issued with a specific briefing on paper on the day.
We are operating a no booking, no arrival policy. If you do not have a booking for the trackday please do not arrive at the circuit, there will be no “on the day” reserve list for the immediate future.

ARRIVAL

You must arrive on the morning of your trackday, there is strictly no overnight camping available (even for those booked on two consecutive days) within or at the boundaries of any circuit, this is in line with current government guidelines. We will confirm gate opening times for each venue in the event-specific email with the registration link or registration form depending on the venue.

Garages (where available) will remain on a first come first served basis, please plan your day that you will be setting up in the paddock (awnings, generators etc.) in the event that you cannot get a garage. Garages are limited to three customers per single garage regardless of whether you are from the same household, and this will be regularly checked throughout the day by No Limits staff. Garage doors both front and rear are to remain fully open at all times. Evening only participants will not have access to garages.

Additional areas in the paddock will be made available to assist with social distancing measures. Please do not gather in groups on the day, we must follow the government advice as issued.
Only the rider and one essential helper may attend, if the rider is under 18 this may be increased to both parents and a helper. No-one else, including spectating friends or family members, will be permitted.

ON THE DAY REGISTRATION

Times for wristband collection will be confirmed in the event-specific email. Please observe 2m social distancing rules when queueing. A member of No Limits Staff will issue you your wristband from behind a Perspex screen and collect any monies owed. Please ensure that you bring the correct cash on the day, ideally in an envelope with your name on as change will not be given.
